Character Type Descriptions Characters may have different jobs, which makes for interesting combinations. Here is a short list of jobs that may pertain to your characters, but more can be made by creative writers. |
| Fighter Jobs | (3 Main Types) |
| Novice: | A Fighter who is in training. |
| Freelance: | Also known as Mercenary. Less trained than a soldier, but they can be powerful fighters who either fight for good or evil causes. Money is their driving factor. |
| Military Soldier: | The most trained fighter, but not always the most powerful. Trained by their respective Provincial Military Organization, these fighters are in it for the glory and respect of their Province. |
| Magic Jobs | (4 Main Archetypes) |
| Novice: | One who is learning the ways of magic. |
| Mage: | Mages are trained in many different magics. The magics can be used for defense or offense, good or evil. |
| Military Mages: | Some Provinces, such as Lund Favion, have military forces consisting primarily of mages. This prevents the conventional Armed Forces of the Province to teach fighters how to use magic. Military Mages are not trained in hand to hand combat, rather they are expected to utilize their magic skills to win battles and provide support to non-Mage soldiers. The primary advantage of the Military Mage job is the accessibility to Provincial Armed Forces armor and vehicles. |
| Teacher: | A mage who has mastered all magic arts and is a mentor to the Novices and newly learned Mages. |

| Bard: | A wandering adventurer
with no really agressive goals. A bard wishes to live life for the sake
of the experiences that living can produce. The Bard's musical talent is
acquired through the need of something to pass time between experiences
and travels.
A jack of all trades, bards can have a general knowledge of many things gleaned throughout their travels. They can use weapons and sometimes some magic. |
| Summoner: | A being capable of using magic to strengthen his / her will so as to be able to summon gods / goddesses / creatures from another realm of existence. |
| Explorer: | A traveler, like the bard. However, this type of person wishes to find ancient artifacts, lost civilizations, and buried treasure for the reknown and wealth. |
| Martial Artist: | A person who defends and attacks using just his / her hands and fists, along with a few select weapons. This character can be good or evil, and can have any personlity. |
